Morning Routine For a Limitless Day by Jim Kwik

When going to bed the night before.

  1. Review the day. This helps with episodic memory. Write those things that you did throughout the day. Write two things that went well in your day, what are you grateful for?

When waking up the next day

  1. Review your dreams. Write down your dreams.
  2. Quick meditation prayer, gratitude prayer.
  3. Get up and make bed. First step in task completion. Do this with excellence because you will cary this excelence throughout the day.
  4. Look at the sunlight first thing in the morning to adjust your circadian rhythm.
  5. Drink water with lemonade, drink probiotics.
  6. Personal hygiene: wash face, brush teeth.
  7. Exercise – 3 to 5 minutes of cardiovascular exercise minimum.
  8. Cold shower.
  9. Take 3 minutes to journal. Write down 3 things you want to achieve personally and 3 things you want to achieve professionally.
  10. Kwik doesn’t touch his cellphone during the morning.
