What did you learn today?

Today I learned that no matter how hard the day gets, I will never regret getting up and showing up. No matter how steep the mountain or how strong the resistance, I can always look back and feel proud that I tried. At the end of the day, showing up is its own kind of victory.

What are you grateful for today?

I’m grateful for my family, their love, their presence, their support. I’m grateful for another day to serve, to help, to make someone’s life a little better. I have faith that tomorrow will bring something brighter. The future always carries beauty with it, just as yesterday did, just as today did.
